Our new Facilities team is designed to help relieve the pressures and stresses from our clients who are trying to co-ordinate both the fit-out and refurbishment works, and the planned preventative maintenance required in their buildings.
Our Refurbishment/Fit-Out team can offer a complete life cycle of a project from design through to completion. We believe that by providing the client a single point of contact for all required services before, during and after a project will result in a far more pleasurable experience. Being able to offer all of the required elements of work from floor to ceiling within the project allows us to carry out works from the smallest Refurbishment project to the Fit-Out of large spaces that require the co-ordination of multiple trades. After completion of any project, we are then able to offer all required Maintenance and PPM’s to ensure that our clients stay compliant.
Our PPM/Statutory Maintenance team offer a full asset building and tracking service for the below services, this enables us to inform clients when any Statutory Maintenance or Certification is due or if any previously agreed Planned Maintenance is required. By utilising our new in-house software, automatic reminders can be sent to clients, weeks or days prior to these works, to allow necessary arrangements to be made. This prevents non-conformance due to certification expiring and ensures that all parties have sufficient time to schedule in the required works.
